Move& Sweat

Move&: This reformer pilates class takes you through an array of intensities. The heart rate is lifted with the use of the jumpboard or cardio-inspired movements and then levelled out while challenging your strength. You’ll sweat and strengthen in this all-in-one session.

For: Those who are familiar with the reformer. If you are new to reformer pilates, we suggest at least 4 Move& Develops before joining a Sweat class. Sweat classes are a faster pace and often, not appropriate for those with injuries.

Gear: Grip socks, a drink bottle, a sweat towel
