Cancellation Policy

CANCELLING A SESSION

If you wish to cancel your attendance at a class, you need to do this via your Momence log-in.

For cancellations on a 2- or 3- class per week membership: If your Cancellation is less than 6 hours before the scheduled class start time, the session will be deducted from your membership.

For cancellations with an unlimited membership: If your Cancellation is less than 6 hours before the scheduled class start time, we may charge you $5 for each cancellation within 6 hours. This $5 will be deducted from your linked Stripe account. For Cancellations within 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time, we may charge you $15 for each cancellation within 30 minutes. This $15 will be deducted from your linked Stripe account.

MISSED CLASS

For missed classes on a 2- or 3- class per week membership: If you fail to attend a class that you are booked in, the session will be deducted from your membership.

For missed classes with an unlimited membership: If you fail to attend, and are on an unlimited membership, you will be charged $20. This $20 will be deducted from your linked Stripe account.

We do understand, that at times things pop up that are unavoidable. If you have late cancelled or failed to attend a class for a reason of illness, unprecedented event or other extenuating circumstance, at your early convenience please send an email to hello@moveand.com.au and if deemed appropriate we will reverse any late cancellation or failed to attend fees.
